Roy Maas Charity
There has been numerous books which I have read that speak about finding your purpose. That means looking for something that will give your life meaning, thus fulfilling your role in your time here on Earth. Well, I think i have found my purpose — it’s my passion to help children and teens that has been abused and/ or neglected in one form or another.
Roy Maas Alternative INC is exactly the organization I have always dreamed of working for. It is a wonderful charity that is committed to helping kids to have a better life. This is an institution that i am proud to be a part of and associate my name with. Therefore, this is why i have made them my charity.
We have heard the saying “No matter what you are going through, there’s always someone that has it worse than you.” Think about that for a second. It’s so true.
I may have played poorly or lost an important game and I think that the world should stop because Sophia isn’t happy. Selfish, I know. And I know all of us have moments like that. But then when I hear some of the many horrifying things that these kids have gone through and what there lives are like, I really don’t have anything to complain about and neither do you.
I commend Roy Maas for starting this organization and giving kids a place where they can feel safe. It is so important for these kids to realize that what they go through at home is not normal but that they can change their course and make a difference with their lives.
My reason for making this my charity is to help continue what this program is doing. I want to help teens get a chance to achieve their dreams and provide opportunities where they can live a successful happy life. Please help me help these kids. Together we can make a difference in their lives.
